Joe Berry

Developer

A resident of Bartlett since 1975, Joe has been active in the development of residential and resort properties in the greater Attitash and North Conway Village areas. Joe has always been a development “minimalist,” believing that development should result in minimal impact on the natural area to support property values, aesthetics and attract an ever-growing market with similar beliefs.
As President of AMSCO, he has overseen the development and ongoing management of over 500 units in the Mt. Washington Valley.

Bob Kantack

Valley resident since 1977, Bob and his wife Anne, and children Elizabeth and Keith live in a farmhouse on Carter Notch Road in Jackson and enjoy skiing, tennis, hiking and running. Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, the Mt. Washington Valley is where Bob and his family now call home. “The mountainous terrain up here is very motivating and energizing. There’s nothing more awe-inspiring than being above treeline in the Presidentials.”

After graduating from Cornell and getting a J.D. from New York Law School, Bob moved to the Valley and got into real estate development and brokerage. “It’s been tremendously gratifying. I’ve seen so much change, so many new and great things happen in the Valley. It’s a great place to live and raise a family.”

Brenda Lyon

Brenda Lyon offers a unique perspective when it comes to working with buyers and sellers.  She feels that homeowners and agents sometimes become focused on one aspect of the property without really seeing the BIG Picture and combined added value of the entire property inside and out.

A graduate of Salem College, Brenda’s commitment and dedication to raising the standards for representing buyers and sellers in our industry is demonstrated by her continuous participation in extensive training and certification programs such as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified New Homes and Construction Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Worldwide Recreation and Resort Certified, and the National Association of REALTORS GREEN designation.

Her most recent accomplishment was her earned membership in the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Million Dollar Guild by her performance in the million-dollar and above luxury home market in the Mt. Washington Valley and by demonstrating her upper-tier market knowledge and understanding of the unique needs of affluent buyers and sellers.  As a member of the Institute, she has the ability to market her properties on the exclusive International Multiple Listing Network which reaches over 400,000 real estate agents in 100 countries from 45 national real estate associations on 6 continents.

Sheila Duane

A Valley resident since 1987, Sheila served eight years on the Town of Conway Planning Board and four years on the North Conway Water Precinct. This has provided Sheila with invaluable expertise to assist clients looking to lease commercial space in the 60 plus commercial properties managed by Attitash Realty. In addition to commercial ventures, Sheila oversees the leasing and management of 100 apartments throughout the Mt. Washington Valley.

Sheila also serves as a Project Manager, currently working with the developer on the different aspects of creating Parker Ridge at Stillings Grant – a pristine residential area nestled in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley.

When not working, Sheila enjoys skiing, biking, hiking and spending time with her two children.

Cathy Steesy

A Valley resident since 2001, Cathy, her husband Scott, and two children, Dmitry & Anna, moved to the Mt, Washington Valley more than 10 years ago to enjoy the quality of life offered in this mountainous wonderland. They enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, photography, and watching the seasons change.

Cathy started with Attitash Realty a decade ago and has been gaining knowledge and experience of primary and vacation property transactions ever since. She takes continuing education courses regularly and obtained her Brokers license in 2005. She is a member of the White Mountain Board of Realtors, the New Hampshire Realtor Association, and the National Realtor Association. She has experience with first-time home buyers, vacation home/condo buyers, and sellers, HUD financing, rentals, short sales, and foreclosures.
