Our ownership program is geared for today’s active lifestyle; Flexible, Convenient, and Hassle Free. Units are available for purchase in quarter ownership intervals of one week a month, 13 weeks a year, up to a traditional Full Condo purchase. Unit styles include studios, one and two bedrooms, lofts and penthouses. All are fully furnished and complete with kitchens.

AMENITIES
Outdoor heated year round pool and whirlpools, comprehensive health club with a steam bath and sauna, restaurant and lounge, cafe, arcade, private owners club, library and ski locker room. All facilities are available for owners’ use 365 days a year.

SERVICES
Valet parking, 24 hour front desk, bell service, on-site daycare, room service, shuttle and concierge services.

SPACE AVAILABLE PROGRAM
In addition to the week of each month owned, when the hotel is less than 90% occupied, owners can stay at the hotel for only the cost of housekeeping. Reservations can be made 72 hours or less in advance of their arrival to their home resort, 48 hours or less to the Grand Summit Hotel at Mount Snow, part of Peak Resorts.

VACATION EXCHANGES
Swap any number of weeks to over 3200 resorts affiliated with Resort Condominiums International. The Grand Summit has been designated as a RCI “Gold Crown” Resort, awarded only to the top 10% of resorts worldwide. Additionally, owners receive the highest priority for internal exchanging into the Grand Summit Hotel at Mount Snow in VT.

PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT
Experienced property and rental management departments insure hassle-free ownership. With the largest conference center in the White Mountains, the reservation and conference sales departments provide year round conference bookings, social and private gatherings including destination vacation packages.

HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION DUES
Covers all interior and exterior maintenance, utilities, phone equipment, health club, insurance, a furniture replacement fund and a capital reserve. Taxes are billed separately from the Town of Bartlett.

FINANCING
Terms are available up to 20 years with 10% down.
